Are you interested in LGBT and/or small business policy issues? GSBA's monthly Public Policy Task Force comes together to discuss issues of importance to the LGBT and small business communities. We often bring in elected officials, advocates, and other policymakers to present to our members.

This month, Seattle City Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda will share her vision for Seattle’s LGBT community and strategies to bring more equitable economic development across our city. We will have an Olympia update on the many LGBTQ priorities that are moving fast in the Legislature, as well as proposals to regulate transportation networking companies (i.e. Uber, Lyft) at the state level.

Note that this Task Force meeting is on a Tuesday due to the holiday on our regularly scheduled date.

Attendance is open to all GSBA members.

Please RSVP to Matt Landers, GSBA Public Policy and Communications Manager.
