Are you interested in LGBT and/or small business policy issues? GSBA's monthly Public Policy Task Force comes together to discuss issues of importance to the LGBT and small business communities. We often bring in elected officials, advocates, and other policymakers to present to our members.

For April we will be hosting members of the Mayor's Small Business Advisory Council to talk about this new committee, how it works, and how it can increase the voice of small business in policymaking in the City of Seattle.

We will then open up to a discussion about the proposed Seattle head tax, which will impact many business across the city. We will update attendees on what the actual proposals are, how GSBA has weighed in already, and how our membership can act in coming weeks.

Attendance is open to all GSBA members.

Please contact Matt Landers, GSBA Public Policy and Communications Manager for more information.
