Roby Schapira is Wells Fargo’s Small Business Leader for National Field Initiatives. In this role, Schapira leads programs that build their bankers skills and focus on serving small business customers.
A 20-year Wells Fargo veteran, Schapira has been in his current role since 2012 and began his career in 1998 as a part-time teller in Scottsdale, Arizona. Schapira holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona, and in 2013 graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
He is the member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Greater Seattle Business Association, and past president of the Albuquerque Public Schools Education Foundation. Schapira is an accomplished speaker and has presented on small business topics at financial industry forums, local and national media outlets, and nonprofit organizations.
