Guide & Directory Early Bird Specials

First Early Bird Special: GSBA appreciates its loyal Guide advertisers. As such, GSBA will continue to honor 2007 advertising rates if your 2008-2009 Guide ad is purchased by December 31, 2007. Renewing advertisers only!

Second Early Bird Special: In an effort to meet its publishing deadline, GSBA offers a 10% discount to Guide advertisers who purchase their 2008-2009 ads by January 31, 2008.

Deadline
Ad materials for the Guide are due on or before March 15, 2008. Ads must be paid for in full by January 31st for the Early Bird Discount (10% off). Hurry, don't miss out!

Advertising Specifications (for ad designer)
ONLY Accepted Ad Format: PDF File (press optimized, CMYK, fonts embedded, 300 dpi). All other formats cannot be accepted.

Guide Ad Submission
Ads may be submitted the following ways:
  1. Via the GSBA web site (www.thegsba.org)
  2. On disk via mail or hand delivery to the office:

    You must mail/deliver 2 signed hard copy proofs* of your Guide ad to the GSBA office.
GSBA strives to reproduce your ad to industry quality standards. Advertiser, agency or designer is responsible for the resolution and quality of images, color match, font reproduction and/or typographical errors. Color ads must be created using CMYK. If you would like your disk returned, please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope or disk mailer.

*PROOFS
For quality control purposes, two signed proofs (hard-copy printout) of your ad should be provided.

The following are preferred proof formats:
Black/White ads: Laser printer proof.
4-color ads: Digital color proof, contract quality, such as a Agfa Sherpa, Kodak , Iris, etc. Note that a color printout from a non-calibrated printer is not accurate or representative of print quality. We cannot guarantee color matches to color ink jet or laser prints, although we always strive for best color density.
