Program Purpose:
GSBA has designed the ShopOUT for promotional marketing purposes only. GSBA members who elect to participate in the program have the opportunity to market directly to the community through discounted or special offers on their services and products.

Program Participant:
Only GSBA member businesses current in their membership fees are eligible to participate in this program. By participating in the GSBA ShopOUT program, the member business agrees to abide by and uphold GSBA's Code of Ethics Code of Ethics. The participating member agrees to provide discounted or special offers on products or services, and may terminate its participation at any time. The nature and duration of any discount or special offer by the participating member is within the sole discretion of the member business. The participating member shall have access to a special GSBA marketing website to promote the member's discounts and special offers. The participating member shall be solely responsible for any and all content and for the updating of its business information on the website. The participating GSBA business member hereby agrees to limit any GSBA liability for any losses or damages of any kind alleged by participating member business arising from or out of the ShopOUT program.

GSBA does not guarantee that any GSBA member business will participate in the ShopOUT program, and makes no warranty as to any discount or special offer on products or services by member businesses. GSBA does not guaranty that participating GSBA member businesses will receive any benefit from participating in the ShopOUT program, and GSBA does not accept liability [take out in any] for any losses or damages of any kind alleged by a participating member business. GSBA reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the ShopOUT program at any time without prior notice.
