Program Purpose:
The GSBA has established the Out for Biz Card program, a program designed for promotional marketing purposes only. GSBA members who elect to participate in the program have the opportunity to market directly to cardholders through discounted or special offers on their services and products. The GSBA will issue an annual Out for Biz card to current GSBA members, who may choose to receive discounts and special offers by patronizing GSBA businesses participating in the program. The program will run on a yearly basis commencing on January 1st. GSBA Out for Biz cardholders and participating business members will have access to a special GSBA marketing website that promotes the discounts and special offers by participating businesses.

Program Participant:
There is a fifty dollar ($50.00) charge to become a participating member business in the Out for Biz Card program.* Only GSBA member businesses current in their membership fees are eligible to participate in this program. By participating in the GSBA Out for Biz Card program, the member business agrees to abide by and uphold the GSBA's code of ethics. The participating member agrees to provide discounted or special offers on products or services to other GSBA members, and may terminate its participation with a thirty (30) day written notice to the GSBA. The participating member, however, shall honor any discount or special service to a cardholder who purchases a product or engages a service prior to the date of termination. The nature and duration of any discount or special offer by the participating member is within the sole discretion of the member business. The participating member shall have access to a special GSBA marketing website to promote the member's discounts and special offers. The participating member shall be solely responsible for any and all content and for the updating of its business information on the website. The participating GSBA business member hereby agrees to limit any GSBA liability for any losses or damages of any kind alleged by participating member business arising from or out of the Out for Biz Card program to the aggregate sum of fifty dollars ($50.00).

Program Cardholder:
GSBA members, who are current in their membership fees, may participate in the Out for Biz Card program. The Out for Biz Card is an annual card that is effective for the period from January 1st through December 31st. The Out for Biz Card is free to all GSBA members current in their membership. The Out for Biz card enables cardholders to take advantage of discounts and special offers by participating GSBA business members. Cardholders may access a special website to view participant business members' discounts and special offers to GSBA members. Cardholders agree to inform each participating business member, with whom the cardholder transacts business that s/he is a cardholder, and shall display the card or provide other proof that s/he is an active cardholder upon request by any participating member business. The cardholder agrees that the participating member business is exclusively responsible for honoring any discounts or special offers made to cardholders, and agrees that the GSBA is not responsible for any damages of any kind alleged by a cardholder arising from or out of the Out for Biz Card program.

The GSBA does not guarantee that any GSBA member business will participate in the Out for Biz Card program, and makes no warranty as to any discount or special offer on products or services by member businesses. The GSBA does not guaranty that participating GSBA member businesses will receive any benefit from participating in the Out for Biz Card program, and the GSBA does not accept liability in any amount exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for any losses or damages of any kind alleged by a participating member business. The Out for Biz Card does not create any contractual relationship between the GSBA and the cardholder, and the GSBA does not accept any liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or out of the Out for Biz Card program or any transaction between a cardholder and participating member business. The GSBA reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the Out for Biz Card program at any time without prior notice.

* To promote the Out for Biz Card program, the GSBA will waive the 2005 Out for Biz Card membership fee to GSBA member businesses who renew their GSBA membership by February 28, 2005.
