Program Purpose:
GSBA has designed the ShopOUT for promotional purposes only. GSBA members who elect to participate in the program have the opportunity to market directly to the community through discounted or special offers.
Program Participant:
Only GSBA member businesses current in their membership fees are eligible to participate in this program. By participating in the GSBA ShopOUT program, the member business agrees to abide by and uphold GSBA's Code of Ethics Code of Ethics. The participating member agrees to provide discounted or special offers on products or services, and may terminate its participation at any time. The nature and duration of any discount or special offer by the participating member is within the discretion of the member business within the GSBA Guidelines.
ShopOUT Special Guidelines:
- ShopOUT special must be unique to GSBA
- ShopOUT special must be substantial in dollar amount or percentage discounted
- ShopOUT special may be offered for up to 30 days

GSBA does not guarantee that any GSBA member business will participate in the ShopOUT program, and makes no warranty as to any discount or special offer on products or services by member businesses. GSBA does not guaranty that participating GSBA member businesses will receive benefit from participating in the ShopOUT program, and GSBA does not accept liability for any losses or damages of any kind alleged by a participating member business. GSBA reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the ShopOUT program at any time without prior notice.
