As a small business owner, understanding the nuances of labor laws and regulation can be easier said than done. That's why the Ethnic Chambers of Commerce Coalition and GSBA have joined forces to present a quarterly Labor & Industries Lunch and Learn series, designed to provide business owners a space to ask questions and learn about implementing these standards - all while enjoying a complimentary lunch provided by DoorDash. This month's installment will cover tips and service charges, isolated workers, retaliation, and youth employment - an especially important topic as teens around the state begin applying for their summer jobs. We will also have experts available to answer questions specifically about the City of Seattle's labor ordinances.
