With our Pride Month installment of our signature virtual networking event, we're excited to kick off the program with a crash-course on active LGBTQ allyship in the workplace. It's always great to see small business, nonprofits, and corporations share their values of LGBTQ equity and inclusion loud and proud every June - but what comes next? Luckily, GSBA provides LGBTQ Cultural Competency trainings to help organizations across all industries put their allyship to action with inclusive workplace policies, by learning how to better connect with LGBTQ community members, and increasing cultural awareness throughout your organization.

Levi Coffin (they/them) GSBA Business Training Specialist & Grant Manager will lead our guests through a presentation on active allyship and the many services GSBA provides to help businesses get there.

After this, participants will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business during rotating break-out sessions, before delving into conversation focused on topical questions. GSBA is also thrilled to give away a $50 gift card generously donated from GSBA Member Weimann-Maclise Restaurants that can be used at either Poquitos or Rhein Haus!

This event is FREE to attend, although registration is required in order to receive the link to join. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Business is all about connections and relationships. Without in-person networking, GSBA's entirely virtual Power Connect will give you an opportunity each month to reconnect with colleagues you know and meet new business associates. Best of all, being virtual, we can broaden our connections and invite colleagues from around the state to join us in community!
